Will I receive impartial advice?

In a word YES, we work for you not the lender. We will only recommend a mortgage or remortgage if that is the best option for you. Our job is to find you the best mortgage or remortgage deal and the reason for our recommendation will be confirmed in writing to you.

Do I need to arrange a meeting?

We primarily offer a telephone based advice service, this means a face to face meeting is not necessary. We confirm our advice in writing and the whole application can be completed on an electronic or postal basis. If you prefer to arrange a meeting we can arrange a meeting at our head office in Carlsbad, CA.

What happens after I have applied?

Once we receive your documents we will submit your application to your chosen lender. Your mortgage adviser will keep you updated with the progress of your application, whilst aiming to obtain your Mortgage Offer as quickly as possible.
